Shipping - We process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are between 1-5 business days in Canada and 5-7 business days in the USA depending on the carrier. 

Exchanges & Returns - We don’t offer exchanges or returns, however, if your product arrives damaged we are here to help. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and send us photographic proof of damage and your order confirmation email.

If you have received the wrong product, or if there was a mistake with your order, please contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered.
